This was a really cute hotel. the staff offered fantastic customer service, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The lock on the bathroom was flimsy,, and the drainage created a mess outside.

Upon arrival, we faced payment issues due to the broken card machine. Our room, a King Suite with Balcony, lacked both a window and a balcony, and cleanliness was subpar. Breakfast didn’t include fruit as promised, leaving us frustrated. Communication barriers exacerbated our experience.

I loved how well the hotel was situated with Mercado 28 just a short walk away for local shopping and fantastic food options. The picturesque Malecon Tajamar is only a quick stroll away where you can enjoy beautiful waterfront views and relax in the park.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mio Cancun Hotel Boutique. The room was meticulously clean and offered plenty of storage space. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and my breakfasts, although simple, included delicious fresh fruit that I looked forward to each morning.
